Trans-Atlantic Business Class Air Upgrade applies only to requests received between September 7, 2006 to May 31, 2007 for voyages 7213-7215, 7218-7222 and 7316-7321, and are in addition to air add-ons available from Crystal Cruises' designated gateway cities in the U.S. and Canada. Business Class Air Upgrade offer is on a space-available basis. Rates listed are per person, one-way only and in U.S. dollars. If you have purchased our insurance program, this cost may affect the rate. Please contact our reservations department to verify the cost. Full payment for the Business Class Air Upgrade must be received at least 50 days prior to flight departures. Flights are subject to cancellation if the payment is not received by 50 days prior to flight departure. A $500 per person penalty applies for cancellations or changes within 50 days of flight departure. ($250 per person for voyage 7222.) Special Business Class Air Upgrades apply to Trans-Atlantic portion of flights only on United Airlines, Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines and SAS only, and must be purchased in conjunction with Crystal Cruises' regular coach air add-ons ($529-$1,599 per person depending on itinerary) shown in the Crystal Cruises Worldwide Atlas 2007. Intra-Europe and domestic U.S. flights may be booked in coach class. Business Class Air Upgrades are subject to promotional restrictions. Due to airline restrictions, name corrections or name changes require a complete cancellation of the original reservations. Penalties will apply. New reservations on the same flights are not guaranteed as they are subject to availability at the time of the name correction or name change. If due to air scheduling or availability where pre- and/or post-cruise overnights are required, hotel, transfers, porterage, baggage handling and meals will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
